A little team appreciation was VERY overdue. 🖤

One of my favorite parts of this day was getting everyone’s families together. Because the truth is, it takes a lot more than the people you see in the treatment rooms to make this little business of ours work.

Behind every service provider is a family who supports the crazy schedules, the late nights, the weekends, the missed plans, the big ideas, and all the sacrifices that come with building something you care about.

So this one is for all of you.

Our team. Our partners. Our husbands, wives, families and kids. And our incredible clients who continue to show up, support us, trust us, and allow us to keep doing what we love.

You may not all work at Apocalypse, but you’re absolutely part of it. 🖤

Thank you for helping make this little dream a reality. We’re so grateful for every single person who plays a part. 🙏🏼✨

Now… back to work. 😂

The older I get, the less impressed I am by wellness trends…

…and the more impressed I am by the basics.

Sleep.
Water.
Stress management.
A Massage or Facial.
Licensed professionals.

Kinda chic, actually.

Save this for the days you need a reminder that taking care of yourself never goes out of style.

Meet Adelynn, the newest esthetician joining the Apocalypse – Elevated Wellness team!

If skincare is your thing (or you want it to be), you’re going to love her. She offers holistic facials that focus on healthy skin…not quick fixes. As well as waxing, sugaring, and brow tinting to keep your routine simple and effortless.

To celebrate her joining us, all appointments with Adelynn are 15% off through the entire month of August. Consider it the perfect excuse to finally book that appointment you’ve been putting off.

📍 Her first official day is Friday, August 7
🕒 Fridays: 3 PM–7 PM
🕘 Saturdays: 9 AM–3 PM

We’re genuinely excited to have her here, and we can’t wait for you to meet her. If you see this, give her a little love below. 🖤

👣 Deep tissue lovers… this one’s for you.

We’re introducing something new at
Apocalypse Elevated Wellness:
Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage.

Ashiatsu uses the therapist’s feet to create deep, broad, flowing pressure giving you the deep tissue relief you love without the sharp, digging feeling that can come from elbows and thumbs.

This is perfect for anyone who:
✨ lives with stubborn muscle tension
✨ loves deep pressure
✨ puts their body through a lot and needs recovery

We’re currently offering introductory Ashiatsu sessions while we continue refining this advanced technique:

👣 July: 50% OFF
👣 August: 25% OFF

Ready to experience it for yourself?
These special introductory appointments are now available to book online.

We can’t wait to hear what your body thinks. 🖤

One year ago, Rachel joined our little corner of the world, and it’s hard to imagine Apocalypse without her now.
She has a way of making people feel comfortable the moment they walk through the door. Her kindness is genuine, her care runs deep, and the way she shows up for both her clients and our team doesn’t go unnoticed.

Watching her grow this past year has been such a privilege, and we’re so grateful she chose to be part of what we’re building here.

Happy one-year anniversary, Rachel. Thank you for your heart, your dedication, and for making this place better simply by being you. We can’t wait to see what year two brings. 🤍
