If you’ve been to Massage Haven, you may already know Rachel as one of our amazing massage therapists — but massage isn’t the only thing she’s talented at. She also makes some seriously incredible soap. 😍

Silber Soap Co. creates beautiful, handcrafted soaps made in small batches with ingredients like shea and cocoa butter. And I’m not just saying this because Rachel works here — this is genuinely some of the BEST soap I’ve ever used. 😂🧼❤️

Local Loaf is a small sourdough bakery bringing fresh, homemade goodness to our community, with everything made in small batches using quality ingredients and lots of care. 🖤

They’ll be bringing some of their sourdough favorites, including fresh loaves, sourdough bagels, homemade cookies, and even dehydrated sourdough starter so you can take a little Local Loaf home and start baking your own!

We’ll be talking about things like what microdosing actually means, common approaches people hear about, intention and mindfulness, responsible practices, and some of the myths vs. realities surrounding psychedelic mushrooms.

No weird questions. No judgment. Just an opportunity to learn, ask questions, and have an open conversation about a topic that a lot of people are curious about but don’t always know who to ask. 💜

Meet the Humans Behind Harmoni 💜

Dr. Brandon Croud | Harmoni Practitioner

We’re excited to introduce one of the first practitioners bringing his work into Harmoni’s new Human Practice Library: Dr. Brandon Croud.

Brandon is an author, speaker, podcast host, business consultant, and metaphysical practitioner whose work focuses on helping people bridge the gap between practical success and authentic living.

After more than 20 years in corporate leadership and underwriting, Brandon experienced a profound spiritual awakening that challenged much of what he believed about identity, purpose, and success—and ultimately changed the direction of his life.

Today, his work brings together nervous-system awareness, intuition, spirituality, presence, leadership, and lived experience in a way that is practical, grounded, and deeply human.

Through Harmoni, Brandon will contribute practitioner-led Human Practices designed to give people something technology alone cannot provide: real guidance from a real human they can practice alongside.

That distinction is important to what we’re building.

Harmoni uses AI to understand patterns and personalize support—but we don’t believe AI should replace human wisdom. Our Human Practice Library is being built around experienced practitioners from different modalities who can bring their actual work directly into the integration journey.

Brandon is the founder of The Awakened Croud, creator of Brandon Croud Consulting, author of Alden and the Light That Blinked Back, and host of The Awakened Croud Podcast. Before entering the spiritual and personal-development space, he also spent more than eight years hosting The Lapped Traffic Podcast, producing more than 350 episodes and interviewing some of the biggest names in motorsports.

Meet the Humans Behind Harmoni 💜

Donnie Martinez | Strategic Partner

Donnie Martinez brings to Harmoni a combination of lived experience, years of work supporting people through psychedelic experiences, and a deeply held belief that medicine itself is only one part of meaningful transformation.

After experiencing addiction and his own difficult journey through conventional approaches to mental health, Donnie began searching for a different path. That journey eventually led him into psychedelic medicine and to helping develop a small-dose DMT approach centered on nervous-system regulation, intentionality, and creating meaningful change without making the intensity of the psychedelic experience the goal.

Over the years, Donnie has guided hundreds of individuals through DMT experiences and has become particularly passionate about what happens around the medicine—the preparation beforehand, the environment and support surrounding the experience, and the work a person chooses to do afterward.

That philosophy is captured in something Donnie says often:

“You can’t just do the medicine—you’ve got to do the work.”

It’s also one of the reasons his work aligns so naturally with Harmoni.

As a Strategic Partner, Donnie brings real-world experience working directly with people in the psychedelic space and helps Harmoni stay connected to what individuals, facilitators, and retreat environments actually need before and after meaningful experiences.

His perspective contributes to Harmoni’s larger mission: bringing together thoughtful technology, human wisdom, personalized support, and real integration practices so that the experience itself isn’t treated as the finish line.

The medicine may open the door. The work is what happens when you walk through it. 💜

🔮 Meet Lacey King — Tarot & Oracle Reader at our Fall Into Wellness Open House! 🍂✨

We’re so excited to have Lacey joining us at Massage Haven on October 3 from 12–4 PM!

Lacey is a local tarot and oracle reader who specializes in medium readings and has been reading professionally for 9 years. You may have even seen her at metaphysical fairs throughout Colorado Springs and Pueblo!

Lacey brings a warm, intuitive, down-to-earth approach to her readings, creating a grounded and compassionate space to gain insight, clarity, validation, and guidance. Whether you have a specific question, feel like something in your life is shifting, or you’re simply curious about what the cards have to say, come sit with Lacey during our open house. 🖤🔮
