✨WHY I USE UV LASH ADHESIVE✨

I use a professional UV lash system for all of my lash extension services & here’s why I love it!🤍

⚡️Instant curing — the adhesive cures in seconds when exposed to the light
💧No long wait to get them wet
✨Consistent curing — less dependent on changes in humidity and temperature
👀Shorter exposure to uncured adhesive fumes
💕Amazing retention when paired with proper application + aftercare

But what about the UV light?☀️

Both traditional lash adhesive AND UV lash adhesive have potential risks! No lash adhesive or system is completely risk free! Both can cause irritation or allergic reactions in sensitive clients🫠

With UV lashes, the light is used in very short, controlled bursts and focused only on the small area where the lash is being bonded. UV lash systems typically use a narrow range of UVA light, and the exposure is far different from a tanning bed, which exposes a much larger area of the body for a much longer period of time!🫨

UV lash lamps can use wavelengths similar to some gel nail lamps, but lash exposure is brief and localized rather than several longer curing cycles over the hands!🫢

As your lash artist, I follow the manufacturer’s recommended distance, curing time and safety protocols during every appointment🤍

For me, UV lashes = controlled curing + consistency + beautiful retention🤗✨
