🌸Please help us welcome our new LMT, Ephraim! 🌸Bringing over a decade of experience working with bodies, as a massage therapist and a personal trainer.

Ephraim became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2019 as part of their own journey of recovery from chronic pain. Their approach to bodywork is largely informed by Myofascial Release, Craniosacral, Neuromuscular & Trigger Point Therapies, & Thai Massage, Intraoral Massage, Breathwork, viewing the body as our first relationship, & their background in exercise science.

They love working with all sorts of folks, with special interests in working with hyper- mobility, TMJ and pelvic dysfunctions, athletes, and other trans people.

Outside of bodywork, you’ll often find them stopping for flowers, completing puzzles, organizing fridges, obsessing over their cats’ paws, laughing and writing poetry.

Ephraim will be with us Fridays and Saturdays, and for their first month you can mention this post for $10 off an hour session or $15 off 90 mins. ✨✨✨
