Welcome to Portland Weddings, the best resource for planning your wedding in Portland, Oregon! We grew up in Portland together and have been in love since we were 12, tied the knot in 2003, and have lived in Bend ever since. We heart Oregon – it’s an amazing place to raise our two beautiful daughters and our dog. We were wedding photographers for nearly 10 years, so we understand the wedding industry and have built strong relationships with many of the vendors we list on the site. We know firsthand the excitement and challenges that are a part of the wedding planning process, and owning a business in this industry. When we planned our wedding, the only online resource to find our vendors was www.CentralOregonWeddings.com. It was so easy to find everything we needed in one place. In 2006, we decided to purchase the website, revamp it and offer the same simplicity and ease to other brides and grooms. Since we’ve had such success and amazing feedback from our wonderful vendors and brides and grooms in Central Oregon over the years, we decided to branch out to our hometown, Portland. Our promise is to keep everything you see on the site exclusive to our area. That means no random advertisements, and no listings from anywhere but the beautiful Pacific Northwest. We like to keep it simple and local, and Portland Weddings will always be just that.
