Five Rings Structural Bodywork

We follow a therapeutic approach to bodywork incorporating Deep Tissue, Facilitated Stretching, trigger point therapy and PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation). We also treat Auto Accident Injury and hope to soon be able to accept health insurance

We take the time to listen to our clients concerns about pain, tension, limited range of motion and poor mobility and work with them to develop a plan for successful rehabilitation and maintenance.
