Portland doesn’t need another average haircut.

At Virtue, every cut starts with a consultation and ends with a shape built to hold up—clean gradients, controlled weight, intentional texture, and details that make the whole look work.

3× Best Barber Shop in Portland. 5.0 on Google. The work speaks for itself.

Today was about more than just the final result.

3 hours in the shop with Lance breaking down how to blend longer length into a sharp fade, control weight, refine transitions, and use detail work to take a cut from good to finished.

Education hits different when it’s hands-on—seeing it, understanding why it works, then putting it into practice yourself.

Lance absolutely killed it today. 🤝💈

Learn the process. Understand the details. Elevate the work.

More education coming out of Virtue Barber Co.
