Happy fall equinox all!! You can feel the electricity of transition in the air. It’s such a perfect time to express gratitude for the abundant harvest of this year both literally and metaphorically. And to honor the balance between the light and the dark as the days start getting shorter and the nights longer. As the trees drop their leaves may we let go of mindsets and habits that no longer serve us.

Wow!! September is going by so fast. I guess that’s what happens when you’re busy like this little bee!! 🐝 🌻

So grateful for the abundance of the garden. It is so generous in its bounty. We can barely keep up with it at this point!

My lovely client gifted me this gorgeous painting by Georgette Marie Kapka. It is exactly the perfect piece for this wall. I am feeling truly grateful!

Last of the dog days of summer.

Summer’s almost gone. Mornings are getting cooler, things are starting to slow down. I always appreciate this time of transition. To start getting ready to go inward.

I am settling in really nicely in my new space. So grateful for the opportunity for growth. I’ve got massage availability this week if you want to come see it in person!!

I moved!!!! But don’t worry, I just moved one office over!! I’m now in suite 202 in the Fremont Commons building, right upstairs.
I can’t wait to share my new space with you. And stay tuned, because more surprises are coming!!!

Pickathon was amazing as usual!! So grateful to get to spend time with awesome people and fantastic music!! I already can’t wait for next year!!
