Each year, we close for a week or two to give our spa the love it needs after serving our guests almost every other day throughout the year. We strive to maintain its Portland quirkiness while also making improvements each year to make our guest’s experiences even better. She’s looking more beautiful than ever after this last one. Large, bright, unfurnished office/room available for rent at the Flanders House. The room is about 155 sq ft. It has both a south and a west-facing window. Located on the second floor of a beautiful craftsman-style home. There is a closet in the room. You will also have access to a small kitchen/breakroom. Rent includes utilities, garbage, and wi-fi.

The Flanders House is located behind and in association with the Everett House Community Healing Center in the Kerns neighborhood. Join the multiple mental health practitioners, LMTs, and/or body/energy workers with private practice offices in the Flanders House. We have a large community room that can be rented for small group meetings.

Rent: $775 per month. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent, plus the first month's rent, is required. 12-month lease.
