I know it’s tempting. We’ve all been there.

But when you keep squeezing a breakout that isn’t ready, your skin isn’t just healing acne anymore… it’s healing the trauma from being picked at too.

If you’ve already done it or are thinking about it, here’s what to do next:

• Stop touching it.
• Ice it for 5–10 minutes to calm the inflammation (repeat over next few days if necessary)
• Keep your routine simple with a gentle cleanser, moisturizer, and SPF.
• Leave the acids and exfoliants alone until the skin has healed.
• Once it’s fully healed, treatments like chemical peels or microneedling may help improve any dark marks or scarring.

🚨RULE:

If you’ve squeezed it twice and nothing comes out, LEAVE. IT. ALONE.

Your skin is telling you it’s not ready, and every extra squeeze increases your chances of hyperpigmentation and scarring.

Your goal isn’t to win the battle with the pimple today. Your goal is healthy skin tomorrow. 🤎

Have you ever turned one breakout into a bigger problem by picking at it? Be honest… we’ve all done it. 😂

If you’ve ever apologized before a Brazilian, this one’s for you. 🤎

Your body isn’t “bad,” and your hair isn’t “too much.” No one should ever make you feel like you need to apologize for the way your body naturally grows hair.

Have you ever been made to feel embarrassed before a wax? Tell me your experience below. 👇🏽

Your esthetician can clear your skin and clear the dance floor. 💅🏾😂

I think sometimes people expect their esthetician to be serious 24/7, but baby... I’m a real person. I love what I do, I take your skin seriously, and I’m always learning so I can give you the best results. But outside the treatment room? I’m traveling, laughing, dancing, making memories, and living life too.

When you book with me, you’re not walking into a cold, intimidating spa. You’re walking into a safe space where we can talk, laugh, vent, be quiet if you want, and still get your skin together.

Professional? Absolutely.
Personality? Every single time.

Because around here... we do results and good vibes. 🤎✨

Stop making your skin suffer because you’re trying to get your money’s worth. 👀

Your skin’s needs change with the seasons, and your skincare routine should too. Save the product, not the routine. 😉

Have you ever kept using a product just because you didn’t want to waste it?

The strongest treatment isn't always the best treatment.

For melanin-rich skin, real progress comes from understanding your skin, choosing the right treatments, and staying consistent with the process.

Healthy skin isn't built through trends or quick fixes. It's built through strategy, education, and a treatment plan designed for your unique concerns.

Your skin deserves more than trial and error.

Melanin-rich skin deserves customized care, proper education, and treatments performed with real understanding, not guesswork.

Corrective skincare should never be one-size-fits-all, especially when treating inflammation, hyperpigmentation, barrier damage, and acne in darker skin tones

Most people don’t realize they’re treating inflammation instead of just “acne.”
Over-exfoliating, constantly switching products, chasing trends, and using aggressive treatments too soon can keep the skin in a cycle of irritation and delayed healing.
Corrective skincare should be customized. Sometimes the goal isn’t doing more to the skin, it’s helping the skin function properly again.
Healthy skin is built through consistency, not panic

One thing about skin healing? It’s rarely overnight.
Healthy skin is built through consistency, barrier repair, customized treatments, home care, lifestyle habits, and patience. That’s why corrective skincare should never be one-size-fits-all.

Some skin needs microneedling. Some need chemical peels. Some honestly just need less over-exfoliating and more barrier support.
Quick fixes fade. Healthy skin maintenance lasts
