Last weekend I spent time celebrating the Summer Solstice at Cascadian Midsummer. 🌞
As someone who is naturally introverted yet living a very extroverted life, I was overdue for a nervous system reset. Between the music, workshops, and time spent with friends, I also found some quiet moments tucked away in the forest to journal and meditate.
Being out in nature has always been a place where I can reconnect with my inner self and recharge. A gentle reminder that if you spend your days giving your energy to others, whether through your work, your relationships, or your creativity YOU deserve time to refill your own cup, too.
