I had so much fun doing my first horror film festival. I’m bummed I won’t get to attend the screening next weekend.

One of my favorite photos I took. Seeing in the hallway looking at the portable viewfinder while the actors run their lines is very real and a beautiful thing to experience.

Before the futuristic vibes, there was a goddess themed shoot. This actually happened last summer.
Molalla National Park is a great spot to shoot outdoor photos.
Again, knocked it out of the park with his photography skills, and Nikki truly embodies a goddess.

Last December I had the pleasure of working with on the beautiful Nikki Flynn to create this amazing montage of visuals that combined Tron, Star Wars and a colorful version of a 1940’s black and white private dick type movie.

Looking at my Instagram, I can see I haven’t been the best at posting. Truth is, I’ve been taking things easy and dealing with a very personal loss since October 2023.
But! . . .
Tis time to get back into the posting mode, so I’m going to throw out some photos of makeups I’ve done since last fall.
Starting with a moulage I did for the Lake Oswego Fire Department in November 2023.
I did a burn victim using warm water and gelatin on top of grease paint. The wonderful gentleman probably had a bad time getting that stuff off of him.
I also did a victim who suffered injuries from the event.
The last victim sadly perished during the tragic ‘practice fire’ in the tower at the LOFD.
Doing moulages is a great way to practice techniques like bruising, burns and creating dead victims.
I hope to do more of this.
