Why Soul Loves Water Burst 💧

Meet SkinMedica’s newest moisturizer: HA5 Hydra Collagen Water Burst Moisturizer.

Soul loves its fresh, lightweight texture and the way it leaves skin feeling soft, dewy, and hydrated, without feeling heavy or greasy. She liked it so much that she went home with a jar of her own!

With five forms of hyaluronic acid, vegan collagen, and a microbiome-supporting complex, Water Burst provides up to 24 hours of hydration while helping support the skin’s moisture barrier.

It’s especially nice for normal, combination, oily, or dehydrated skin, and anyone who wants plenty of hydration without the weight of a traditional cream. If your skin is especially dry, you can layer it under SkinMedica's TNS Ceramide Treatment Cream for an extra boost.

Now available at Aluma. Book a consultation with Soul to decide if it is right for your skin.

Aluma has been an incredible part of my life for the past eight years. What began as an idea has grown into a beautiful, family-run business that is local, small, and deeply loved.

Our patients are amazing, our team is incredible, and I could not be prouder of what my husband, Dr. B, and I have built together. We have nurtured this little baby, tantrums and all, and watched it grow into what Aluma is today.

To everyone who has supported us, trusted us, and shared a part of yourself with us: thank you. It has been an honor to care for you, and we are so grateful that you are part of the Aluma family.

Do threads really lift jowls?

We wanted threads to deliver the results our patients were looking for. The idea behind InstaLift threads was appealing: an immediate physical lift combined with a biostimulatory response that could help support longer-term improvements in the skin.

Immediately after treatment, the lifting results looked impressive. Over time, however, we noticed that the tissue wasn't staying as well supported.

There were benefits. Our patients developed a beautiful collagen response that often resulted in robust-looking skin, a subtly lifted appearance, and a healthy glow. What we didn’t love was the post-treatment discomfort and swelling, especially when the long-term lifting effect didn't seem as pronounced as we wanted.

Today, Dr. Brigham applies what he's learned over the past 8 years to his approach to treating jowls.

Depending on the degree of jowl fat pad fullness, skin laxity, jawline structure, and lower face muscle strength, he may recommend:

• Dermal filler to restore support
• Botox to the platysma muscle to address downward muscle pull
• Kybella treatments to shrink the jowl fat pad
• Combination of the above treatments

3 vials can make a beautiful difference when they’re placed strategically.

This patient’s treatment focused on the mid-face and under-eye area, restoring support and creating a smoother, more refreshed transition beneath the eyes while still looking completely like herself.

One of the most common things we hear is, “Can I just do one vial?”

For areas like the cheeks and under-eyes, one vial is often not enough to create a noticeable, balanced result. The product needs to restore support through the mid-face first, then refine the surrounding areas. Spreading one vial too thin can mean paying for a treatment without seeing the change you were hoping for.

That’s why we offer filler packages designed around the amount of product commonly needed for a meaningful result.

This result: 3-vial package

September is a great time to get your skin back on track after summer.

Microneedling with SkinPen helps support collagen production and improve the look of texture, tone and overall skin quality over time.

One treatment can give your skin a nice refresh. For more noticeable, cumulative results, a series of 3 is often the sweet spot.

Starting now also gives your skin time to build results heading into the holiday season.

At Aluma, SkinPen microneedling can also be paired with PRF or VAMP+ depending on your skin goals.

Questions about which option makes sense for you? Check out our website page.

We process a small amount of your blood to concentrate platelets, fibrin, and growth factors which then get microneedled into your skin for max collagen induction.

The result - glowing skin at the 2 week mark and increased collagen production at the 8 week mark.

The consultation is where your best result begins.

What you think you need may not be what will create the most balanced, natural outcome. That is why Dr. Brigham, MD starts by looking at your anatomy, your goals, and the full picture before recommending treatment.

Sometimes that means filler. Sometimes it means a different approach. And sometimes, no filler is the best recommendation.

You can expect an honest assessment, thoughtful planning, and precise placement with one goal in mind: results that look like you, just refreshed, balanced, and naturally undetected.

Facial rejuvenation is about restoring balance.

Natural-looking results come from restoring the structure that has been lost over time. When the cheeks, temples, jawline, chin, and under-eyes work together, the entire face looks more refreshed without looking "done."

At Aluma, we've designed treatment packages to address facial aging strategically while providing meaningful savings.

• Natural Refresh — 3 vials | $2,500
Ideal for restoring mid-face volume and brightening the under-eye area.
Save $200

• Facial Balancing — 5 vials | $3,125
Our most popular package for lifting the mid-face, softening folds, and creating balanced facial harmony.

Save $1,400
• Advanced Renewal — 9 vials | $4,900
A comprehensive full-face rejuvenation designed to restore support throughout the face for natural, long-lasting results.
Save $3,200

Every treatment begins with a consultation with Dr. Nathaniel Brigham, MD. Together, you'll discuss your anatomy, goals, and whether a gradual approach or a comprehensive treatment plan is the best fit for you.
