Sometimes the table looks a little… busy. 😂
But every cup has a reason for being there.
Different sizes. Different placements. Different levels of suction. All chosen based on what I’m feeling in the tissue and what we’re trying to address that day.
Cupping is just one of the many tools I may incorporate into a session alongside hands-on bodywork, stretching, mobilization, myofascial work and movement.
Because I don’t believe every body needs the same treatment.
Your session should make sense for YOUR body.
And sometimes… your body needs the whole cup collection. 😏
