A partir del lunes, 17 de agosto, Eyebrows & More comenzará oficialmente nuestra transición a una experiencia sin recepción.

Estamos haciendo algunos cambios para simplificar el proceso de llegada y pago, brindándote mayor comodidad sin perder la atención personalizada que conoces.

📱 ¿CÓMO FUNCIONARÁ?

1️⃣ LLEGA Y REGÍSTRATE
Al momento de tu cita, recibirás un mensaje de texto con un enlace para registrarte.

Simplemente haz clic en el enlace para avisarnos que ya llegaste.

🚗 ¿Prefieres esperar en tu vehículo? ¡Puedes hacerlo!
🛋️ ¿Prefieres entrar y esperar dentro del salón? ¡También!

Puedes registrarte desde tu vehículo o desde el salón.

2️⃣ TE AVISAREMOS CUANDO ESTEMOS LISTOS PARA TI
Una vez que te registres, tu técnico/a recibirá una notificación de que ya llegaste.

Cuando esté listo/a para atenderte, recibirás un mensaje avisándote que ya puedes pasar. 📲 Si estás esperando en tu vehículo, simplemente entra al salón cuando recibas la notificación.

3️⃣ PAGO Y PRÓXIMA CITA CON TU TÉCNICO/A
Al terminar tu servicio, tu técnico/a te ayudará personalmente con:

💬 Cualquier pregunta sobre tu servicio o futuras citas

Sabemos que cualquier cambio puede tomar un poquito de tiempo para acostumbrarnos. Durante las primeras semanas tendremos una recepcionista de medio tiempo disponible en ciertos horarios para ayudar a nuestros clientes con el nuevo proceso y asegurarnos de que la transición sea lo más fácil posible.

Aunque nuestra área de recepción se verá un poco diferente, nuestro compromiso de brindarles el mejor servicio y atención no cambiará. 🫶

Beginning Monday, August 17th, Eyebrows & More will officially transition to a reception-free salon experience!

As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re simplifying our check-in and checkout process while still giving you the same personal service you know and love.

📱 HOW WILL IT WORK?

1️⃣ ARRIVE & CHECK IN
When it’s time for your appointment, you’ll receive a text message with a check-in link.

Simply click the link and let us know you’ve arrived!

🚗 Want to wait in your vehicle? You can!
🛋️ Prefer to come inside? That’s fine too!

You can check in from your vehicle or from inside the salon.

2️⃣ WE’LL LET YOU KNOW WHEN WE’RE READY
Once you’ve checked in, there’s no need to come to the front desk.

Your technician will be notified that you’ve arrived and can send you a message when they’re ready for you. If you’re waiting in your vehicle, simply come inside once you receive the notification.

3️⃣ CHECKOUT WITH YOUR TECHNICIAN
At the end of your service, your technician will personally help you with:

✨ Checkout
📅 Rebooking your next appointment
💳 Payment
💬 Any questions about your service or future appointments

We understand that a new system may take a little getting used to. For the first few weeks, we will have a part-time receptionist available during select hours to help clients with the new process and make the transition as smooth as possible.

While our front desk may look a little different, our commitment to taking care of you isn’t changing.
