These are the words of a sweet friend who has been battling breast cancer since 2015.

I found the lump during a routine shower.
My hand passed over my breast and i felt something that shouldnt be there and hadn’t been there. And thats how my story began. I had never done a formal “breast exam”. I just knew my body.

So - what DOES Breast Cancer look or feel like? There’s no single answer. It can look and feel a number of ways, so the wisdom here is to know what is normal for YOU, so that you’ll quickly and easily know when something is NOT. Below are a dozen telling signs that there might be something brewing beneath the surface. Know them. And know YOU. No-one knows your breasts better.🧐 Early detection typically means better outcomes. So today’s lesson...KNOW THYSELF.

October is breast cancer awareness month. 1 in 7 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer, 1 in 7! Most of us know someone who is currently going through the battle or has already fought through it and is now a survivor. This month I would like to honor them by offering 25% off any massage of their choice! Let's show them how much we love and support them🎀
