💭 Thinking about tanning indoors and outdoors on the same day?

🚫 Don’t.

Whether UV comes from the sun or a tanning bed, your skin responds to the total amount of UV exposure it receives.

Stacking indoor and outdoor tanning in the same day can:

☀️ Increase your total UV dose
🔥 Increase your risk of overexposure and sunburn
🧬 Put unnecessary stress on your skin
⏳ Leave your skin with less time to recover

💡 A tan develops over time, not in a single day.

The goal is to build colour gradually while avoiding burns and excessive UV exposure.

🤎 Choose one source of UV for the day.
🤎 Give your skin time to recover before your next UV session.

Smarter tanning isn’t about more UV, it’s about the right amount.

Education over fear. 🤎☀️
