🍫✨ IT’S CHOCOLATE WALK DAY! ✨🍫

Tonya from The Massage Room and I are here and ready to see you! And yes…we understood the assignment with our chocolate shirts. 😂🍫

If you’re doing the Chocolate Walk, make sure Essential Wellness Solutions is one of your stops!
Not doing the Chocolate Walk? Come see us anyway! 🛍️ You don’t need a ticket to stop in, shop, browse, or just say hi. And if you’re seeing all the fun downtown and getting a little FOMO 😉, I believe tickets are still available at the museum today!

Grab your girlfriends, enjoy downtown Plymouth, support our local businesses, eat some chocolate, and make a day of it! 🤎🍫

We’re here until 3 today — come see us!

Sometimes I stop and think about how grateful I am that this is what I get to do. ❤️
The Massage Room is more than just a business to me. It has given me the opportunity to do something I truly love while also helping support my family.
Every appointment means something. Every person who books with me, comes back, refers a friend, buys a gift certificate, shares a post, or simply tells someone about my little business is helping me continue doing what I love.
There are definitely days when running your own business can feel overwhelming, and there are moments when I wonder if I'm doing enough. But then I look at how far I've come, the relationships I've built with my clients, and the trust people place in me—and I'm reminded just how fortunate I am.
I get to provide a place where people can slow down, breathe, relax, and take care of themselves. And because you choose to support me, I'm also able to take care of the people I love.
That's something I will never take for granted.
So today, I'm simply feeling grateful. Grateful for my clients. Grateful for my family. Grateful for this little business of mine. And very grateful that I get to say...
I truly love what I do. ❤️
Thank you for allowing me to keep doing it.
— Tonya

🌿 A Friendly Reminder from The Massage Room 🌿
I want to take a moment to address something that is becoming increasingly frustrating: No Call, No Shows and Late Arrivals.
Your appointment begins at your SCHEDULED TIME, not when you arrive.
If you are running late, PLEASE CALL! I understand that life happens, unexpected situations arise, and sometimes things are simply out of our control. All I ask is that you communicate with me.

⏰ Effective immediately:
If I have not heard from you within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled.

****You cannot arrive 15, 20, or more minutes after your scheduled appointment without calling and assume that I am still waiting for you.****

If you are going to be late, please call and let me know. If, for whatever reason, you are unable to call or communicate with me, I understand, but that also means I am free to carry on with my day.
❤️ My time is valuable, too.
I absolutely love what I do, and I appreciate every single person who chooses The Massage Room for their self-care needs.
However, outside of being a massage therapist, I am also a wife, a mother, and a person with a family, responsibilities, and events I would like to attend.
When someone does not show up for their appointment, I am left waiting, unsure whether they are coming. That is time I could have spent with my family, attending an event, taking care of personal responsibilities, or accommodating another client who would have appreciated that appointment.
I respect your time by being prepared and ready for you at your scheduled appointment. I simply ask that you extend that same courtesy to me.
Communication is key. A simple phone call makes all the difference.
Thank you to all of my wonderful clients who consistently show up on time, communicate when plans change, and respect my time and business. You are truly appreciated! 💚
With love and appreciation,
Tonya, L.M.T.
