I love dance. I love music. I can not imagine my life without either. Being in shape and comfortable in my body is absolutely important to me. To be able to use my passion for dance and music to maintain a healthy and happy body weight is the GREATEST feeling! Now, as an instructor, I want to share that happiness with everyone and it's easy when every class feels like a party! You don't even have to know how to dance.
