Rooted In Sound was honored to return to Easton Mountain for the Gay Men’s Recovery Retreat, creating a space where sound, community, stillness, and connection became part of the recovery experience.

Gongs. Singing bowls. Didgeridoo. Flutes. Voice. Vibration.

For a little while, there was nothing to fix and nowhere else to be. Just an invitation to listen, feel, breathe, and be present.

This is one of the reasons we love bringing sound into recovery spaces. Recovery gives us the opportunity to build a life we want to be fully present for.
