A safe place to go get produce is to shop local. Stay away from big chain grocery stores. Visit your local farmer's Market or visit an amish family like these people https://maps.app.goo.gl/2YoE2zmHvmA1h4P28

The goods there are excellent and so are the prices!

Happy 4th of July! I have some announcements. Starting August 1st I will be increasing my fees by $10. I've been holding off doing this, but it's now necessary. So a 30 minute massage will be $40, 60-$70, and 90-$100
Everything else will stay the same. Chair massages will still be $1 a minute.
In other news, my son Alex Zellner will be joining me doing foot soaks and chair massages. So, keep an eye on the website for new changes.
I hope everyone is having a fun holiday weekend! Be safe and cool out there 😎

I have finished the first mat! Thank you to everyone who have donated bags. I have a basket on my front porch you can throw your bags in if you happen to be in the neighborhood. I can always use more as I am planning on making several of these to donate.
