SOPHIA IS FLYING SOLO 🤎
Our girlie SOPHIA EISENHART is officially stepping behind the chair on her own beginning in October + we could not be more excited for her.
She’s spent the time, put in the work + earned this moment. Being an assistant isn’t glamorous — it’s long days, constant learning, practicing, cleaning, observing + showing up ready to do it all over again. And Sophia did exactly that. Not everyone makes it through the training process. It takes serious drive + dedication to get to this point, and watching her grow from assistant to co-stylist to solo stylist has been SO fun to witness.
And yes — she’s newer behind the chair but not new to HAIR. We don’t believe talent is measured by how many years you’ve been doing hair. It’s measured by your eye, your work ethic, your willingness to learn + how badly you want to become great at what you do.
Sophia has all of that. 🤎
She’ll officially be taking clients Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays + one Saturday a month.
