A Cut Above The Rest is an independently owned and operated barber shop specializing in popular men's hairstyles -- everything from fades, and caesars to afros and razor shaves. It is located in the Roma Shopping Center, a small strip mall plaza located on eastbound Gulf to Bay Boulevard, just a few blocks east of Keene Road in Clearwater. He graduated from American Institute Of Beauty certified as a Master Barber, allowing him to do men and womens hair. Specializing in Cuts, Shape-ups, Eyebrows, Base color, Highlights, Beards (HOT TOWEL & STRAIGHT BLADE) Designs, and much more. He also graduated from American Institute Of Beauty certified as a Master Barber.
