That curiosity led me down a path of learning about nutrition, stress, sleep, environmental exposures, and the daily habits that influence our health.

My journey wasn’t about finding perfection or a “quick fix.” It was about understanding my body, making sustainable changes, and seeing health from a bigger perspective.

Along the way, psoriasis changed more than my skin, it changed my career, my mindset, and the way I care for others.
