BREAKING: A Washington State ballot measure would force little girls, specifically kindergartners, to prove their s*x with ge***al exams, hormone tests, and genetic screening just to play school sports.

A hedge-fund manager named Brian Heywood has poured millions into this ballot initiative.

A family doctor who performs sports physicals says she wouldn't even know how to run these tests because they're not medically necessary. No physician does them, she said.

This was "clearly not written by somebody who practices medicine," she said.

There are roughly 10 transgender athletes among more than 200,000 kids in Washington state's school sports.

A legal expert said the measure is likely intended to drive Republican turnout in the midterms.

BREAKING: Todd Blanche just tried to pull a midnight con job.

Last night while you were sleeping, Trump's Acting Attorney General announced the DOJ was killing the "anti-weaponization fund." This is the corrupt $1.776 billion taxpayer-funded pool of money built to pay off January 6 rioters.

At first, we thought it was a win. Then we read the fine print.

Buried in Blanche's notice is the trick: he left Trump's IRS immunity deal completely intact. The deal that lets Trump, his family, and his businesses skate IRS audits.

They didn't rescind it. They reaffirmed it.

Trump threw his own MAGA base (the Jan. 6 defendants) under the bus to protect his own get-out-of-audits-free card. Loyalty is a one-way street when your name is Trump.

In addition, the document isn't even signed by all the parties required to legally rescind it. It's unenforceable. A prop. Political theater staged in the wee morning hours so a few squeamish Senate Republicans would hand Blanche his confirmation.

What a joke. This is what "law and order" looks like when the criminals write the orders.
