Beauty really does start from within! Someone recently asked on a fb page . What’s the “cheapest way” I can keep my skin young .
1) Eat Whole Foods
2) Drink Water a lot of water put herbs or fruits in it
3) this is temporary but may help long term as far as your moisturizer gets better absorbed. Hyaluronic Acid on damp skin . It def plumps you up.
4) Exercise. Have a good blood flow.
5) Lymphatic drainage daily . It’s quick and I have seen it help with so many issues has great tutorials.
6) Take sometime in the day even 5minutes to reflect or just be in peace . Your skin shows when you are stressed.
7) You have to have a skincare routine. If you average out the cost monthly of a good skincare routine it’s not expensive.

Girll! This is in your pores & the reason you don’t have glass skin. What I do is throughly remove the gunk , deep cleanse the pore and fill with all the hydrating , nourishing , beautiful stuff. The lightness you feel in your face with this removed 👌
