Before we do the work, we listen first.

We begin by understanding where she is today, what matters most to her, and what she wants to improve. That starting point helps us create a more intentional wellness journey around the whole person.

In this first step, April is supporting her through personalized hair, scalp, and wellness care.

But her journey doesn’t stop here.

As we learn more about her goals and needs, she may also receive education, guidance, and support from our Graced & Sage Wellness Partners: professionals who bring different areas of expertise into the journey when appropriate.

That could include support around nutrition, behavioral wellness, healthy habits, preventive wellness, healthy aging, and other areas that help her better understand and care for herself.

Over the next several weeks, we’ll be sharing parts of her journey — what she learns, the healthy habits she works on, the support she receives, and the progress she experiences along the way.
