Good morning and happy October to all of you! 🍂🍁

It’s been a really busy couple of months. So much has changed behind the scenes and I am incredibly excited to let you all know that I have decided to open a new chapter in my life.

That being said, I will be closing Mindful Healing and my doors by the end of 2026. I will not be open for business come 2027. This was a personal decision that I did not take lightly. I have spent 18 years in this profession and the past 8 1/2 years building something of my own. I am so incredibly proud of what I’ve done, the relationships I’ve built, and the love that was created here. I’m so grateful for the lessons learned, the support given, and the patronage shown to me.

Moving forward, I will have limited availability. Please make sure that you are booking your appointments and using any outstanding gift cards or gift certificates. ✨ There are a couple of specials for fall being ran right now BUT, I’d also like to offer $20 off any 90-minute Swedish or deep tissue massage between now and October 9th. Your discount will be applied at checkout. ✨

Please book in where there is availability! I will be sending emails out in the next couple weeks letting my clients know when my official last day will be and where to find me in the future! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for supporting my small business. It has never gone unnoticed. 💕

Sending all my love,
Catrina

This upcoming month I have two seasonal massages for those that may want to try something new. Both involve free aromatherapy and new fall scents: apple c***r and pumpkin pie. Also, the pumpkin spice foot exfoliation is back on the menu!

🍁 Fall Reset Massage (75-Minutes)

Ease into the season with a grounding, customized massage designed to release tension and restore tired muscles. This extended session includes concentrated therapeutic work where you need it most, complemented by warm towels and seasonal aromatherapy for an added sense of comfort and relaxation.

A restorative way to slow down, reset, and settle into the season feeling refreshed. 🍁

🍂 Autumn Hot Stone Special (90-Minutes)

Welcome the cooler days of autumn with a deeply restorative 90-minute hot stone massage. Heated stones bring soothing warmth to tired, tense muscles while helping the body relax and unwind as the seasons change.

Your treatment includes complimentary autumn-inspired aromatherapy and warm towels for an added layer of comfort and relaxation. Think crisp fall air, cozy warmth, and a little time to slow down and recharge.

A seasonal escape designed to leave you feeling warm, relaxed, and renewed. 🍂

To book in either of these massages or the pumpkin spice foot exfoliation, visit the website, link and book in while supplies last! I will be sending out an additional email at the beginning of October to announce some other new changes! Just stay tuned…
