Nothing artificial - just wholesome and homemade! All-natural products, essential oils and home rem Grandma Bea's Natural Products is a result of this lifestyle.

I’m a farmer’s wife, mom, grandma, sister, daughter, aunt, friend and nurse. My family lives on a farm where we raise registered angus cattle, chickens and children (and now grandchildren too!). We grow a garden, pick berries, forage for herbs, gather eggs and do a lot of canning! Here on the farm we strive to make do with the resources we have around us just like “the old days”. Some folks call our way of life homesteading, others compare it to off-grid living or prepping. I lovingly refer to our daily routine as “Little House Living”. All-natural products, essential oils and home remedies personally made on our family farm in rural southeast Missouri. I create the products in small batches using natural ingredients to insure quality and freshness. What started as a mom making her family's skin care items and home remedies out of financial need and a desire to live more naturally, has now turned into a small business that helps other families live more naturally too! The lightning rod has found a new purpose—as our basket tree! 🧺🤎

As you walk into the store, you’ll be able to choose your favorite basket to carry along as you shop. Just one more little detail bringing our country store to life! 🌾✨

We love using treasures we have "picked" through the years to decorate our stores. Each piece has a story. It was a regular occurrence for my Dad to go exploring old buildings on the farm, hit the antique stores and search for treasures. One day last year Dad called and said "come to Crosstown, I got something to show you!". I put down the stow-n-go seats in my van and headed east across the county.

As I turned on C road, I saw the signs advertising a yard sale and then saw the sale with my Dad smiling ear to ear in the driveway. He has found some treasure for sure! This beautiful lightening rod was among those finds!

And today, I found the perfect use for this lightening rod at the store. Any guesses on what you think I'll be using it for?!?!

Instead of shopping carts, we thought it would be much more fun to let you grab a pretty basket to fill with goodies as you stroll through the store, checking things off your shopping list along the way. 🧺🤎

Just another little way to make your visit feel like a step back into simpler times!

🌾🧡We are so humbled to have our little store nestled inside this beautiful historic building in downtown Perryville. We are hard at work creating Grandma Bea’s Country Store with the hope that walking through the doors will feel a little like stepping back in time—to simpler days, reminiscent of old-fashioned country stores, and memories of days gone by.

It’s all coming together, and we’re getting ever so close to welcoming y'all through the doors!!👩🏼‍🌾🍂

Our little country store is starting to come together!

There’s still plenty to do, but we’re trusting the Lord with every step and watching this dream slowly become a reality. We’ve prayed over this little space and hope it becomes more than just a store—a place filled with warmth, memories, simple things, and a little bit of the goodness God has blessed us with.

Every quilt, basket, wooden shelf, and old-fashioned display has been handpicked to hopefully make you feel like you’ve stepped back into a simpler time.

We’re so grateful for where God is leading us, and we can’t wait to open the doors and share it with you.

We hope to be able to announce an opening date next week once the inspections and paperwork are through!

Psalm 127:1 Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain. Unless the Lord watches over the city, the watchman stays awake in vain.

We will be traveling hundreds of miles this week to search out and bring home the best of the best for our customers so let us know what else we can load up for you!!!!

I’ve always had an entrepreneurial heart. As a child, I loved playing “storekeeper,” and I suppose I’ve always had a knack for dreaming up a new venture.

A little over a decade ago, we opened a humble little country store. We loved that store—the customers, the conversations, and especially watching families grow through the years.

During that time, I had the pleasure of meeting another entrepreneurial woman who was working hard to build a business of her own. Two women chasing big dreams—me with my home remedies and her with her food truck.

We eventually closed the country store, but we never slowed down. We continued full steam ahead, expanding into wholesale, online sales, Silver Dollar City, and eventually Dollywood. Along the way came rentals, Airbnbs, and an event venue.

Through all of these crazy ventures, there has been one common thread: **preserving the past while growing the future.** Whether it’s an old building, an old-fashioned skill, or a family tradition, I have always had a deep desire to preserve it and pass it on to the generations coming behind us.

That other powerhouse of a woman? She kept moving forward too. Her little food truck grew into multiple brick-and-mortar restaurants, rentals, Airbnbs, and event venues. And just like me, she has a heart for preserving the past while creating hope and opportunity for the future.

In fact, she has been a driving force behind the revitalization of our little hometown’s downtown.

There’s something pretty special about the fact that the names of our businesses reflect the foundation on which they were built.

**Two women who embraced their heritage and honored their ancestry by naming their businesses after strong women—their grandmothers.**

**Two women who started small businesses more than a decade ago with little more than big dreams and a whole lot of determination.**

**Two women who have worked hard for their families, their teams, and their customers.**

**Two women that have have their strong, beautiful daughters working alongside them.

**One woman who has poured herself into keeping our little town thriving.**

**And now, one woman joining forces with the other to do her part in helping keep our beautiful hometown growing.**

And so, after more than a decade of dreaming, growing, and building…

**Grandma Bea’s is OVERWHELMINGLY excited to announce that we will soon be opening a new location—just TWO DOORS down (insert Dolly’ song) from MARY JANE!** 🤎

What a full-circle moment.

Carissa, thank you for being such an inspiration, for believing in the beauty and potential of our little town, and for allowing us to bring new life to your beloved J Street building.

Here’s to preserving what makes our hometown special while building something beautiful for the future. 🌾🤎

🌾🍞🫙 Another picture that brings back so many memories of the little country store we used to have. The smell of fresh-baked bread, shelves filled with homemade goodies, jars of preserves, and those simple little things that made a trip to the store feel like an experience instead of just a shopping trip.

We didn’t have anything fancy, but we had a whole lot of heart. There were conversations at the counter, familiar faces coming through the door, watching children grow, and the kind of simple, old-fashioned goodness that seems harder to find these days.

Scrolling through old Facebook posts the past couple weeks makes me miss those days—and reminds me just how special that little store really was. 🌾🍞🫙

And while I'm strolling down memory lane… Why not mention the dumplings!?! I kind of miss that little store!
