Guiding women in spiritual growth, I offer retreats, coaching and support to enhance lives. or a breath! Isn’t that the way it goes?
From a place of centeredness, I am able to accomplish so much—living out God’s purpose in my life with ease and efficiency. I’ve learned to be very intentional about staying centered through prayer and gratitude to God every day, the use of Young Living essential oils for physical and emotional healing, daily exercise, good nutrition and adequate rest. These self-care practices center my thoughts and actions to be good and holy, directed by the presence of Spirit in every moment. However, it’s easy to lose track of center in the fast-paced, goal-oriented world in which we live. When I was a single mom, public school educator and wellness coach, sometimes I felt like I was racing from one activity to the next with nary a break. . . Spiritually, emotionally and physically, I started to break down from the stress and scramble to find my way through the chaos. Now that I am remarried and Jerry and I are intentionally launching our 4 teenagers into adulthood, the roller coaster doesn't slow down enough for me to just "take a moment" very often so I have learned to adjust my expectations. I've also begun learning better responses to deal with difficulties and disappointments, and also I release perfection when possible. From day-to-day, I am Essentially Centered, slightly off-kilter but striving to maintain balance and peace in the midst of a hectic lifestyle. It is also in these moments that I choose to be E“scent”ially "Scent"ered as well— a drop of Valor, Joy or Frankincense from Young Living and a deep breath or two, and God restores my body~mind~Spirit centeredness within minutes. If you would like to set up an account or have a personal consultation, please contact me directly-- I also offer in-person workshops in the Phoenix area through my family's organization, Living Well Now. You will sometimes see invitations to these interactive events on this page as well. DISCLAIMER: The information provided on Young Living Essential Oils is for educational purposes only. I’m almost home. And I’m carrying something back that I didn’t arrive with.
Not a souvenir, just a slower pace. A clearer sense of what deserves my energy and what doesn’t. A practiced willingness to let soft and steady replace the striving I didn’t even know I was still doing.
Three weeks of beautiful, hard, grief-aware, joy-filled travel has reminded me why this work matters. Why pausing long enough to ask what you’re actually carrying is not a luxury. It’s the whole thing.
And this Thursday I want to do that with you.

We’ve been here for a week already! 7 days into our epic European adventure and I’m unhooking from daily patterns that don’t serve me well here. For starters, drinking coffee to go. Every morning (and sometimes afternoon) found us taking time with this basic routine of slow, table served cappuccinos and paying attention to those sitting right in front of me. Focus over frenetic. Slow and steady over striving. 🫂 And extended time with two of my favorite people gave me so much to enjoy and savor.
I know nothing lasts forever yet while I walk streets that hold centuries of human stories, I am reminded that my own timeline is unfurling just as it needs to. Me at 50. My daughter at 23. Our collective invitation to pause in each moment even when we feel like living too fast. 🙏🏼 to the glory of God and our neighbor’s good.
