🌿 Reiki Reconnection Circle Practice
Here is our Reiki Reconnection Circle practice for this month:
Take a few moments each day --- Place your hands on your heart, Smile, and simply allow Reiki to flow to YOU. When we gather next month we'll share what happened or you can share here. Even if you did not make the meeting today - please do this practice.
I invite you to work with this during the coming days and notice what you experience.
I would love to hear your feedback. You can share what you noticed, how the practice felt, any questions which came up, or simply let us know you participated.
There is no right or wrong experience. This is simply an opportunity to reconnect with Reiki and bring it more fully into your everyday life.

I am so excited to finally begin.
We will gather Sunday at 10:00 AM Arizona Time on Zoom, which means you can join us from anywhere in the world.
Our first theme is Coming Home to Reiki — a gentle opportunity to reconnect with your Reiki practice, receive Reiki, share Reiki and spend time with others who understand this beautiful energy.
If Reiki has been calling you back—or you’d simply love a Reiki community to practice with—I would love to welcome you.

Feel the energy from this Reiki II class yesterday at Your Cosmic Connection.
Here is a video sending Reiki energy and prayer out to everyone. It is already helped Grant improve enough to come home from the hospital today! Yeah!
I am honored and grateful to share this very personal video about my Reiki journey and the path that has led me to where I am today.
