We get it! Emergencies happen, we will always work with you the best we can as long as there is communication.

We keep our policies in place to protect our stylists, since we work on an appointment only based schedule it can be pretty defeating if a client has booked out 3 to 4 hours and no shows 🫤

We will always send a reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment so you have a chance to get back to us if any changes need to be made 🥰
