MM46622/MA10739 I moved to Pensacola in July and opened my solo suite in August. I ran an extremely successful massage suite in Virginia for over 6 years. I won awards for best massage and best massage therapist in Virginia as well. I absolutely love what I do and my massages can prove it.
Newer to Pensacola. NOT new to massage.
I may be a newer face here in Pensacola, but I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for 15+ years — and I didn’t come here starting from scratch.
Before moving from Virginia, I had built a clientele of over 200 clients, and my schedule stayed so full that I hadn’t accepted a new client in more than FOUR YEARS. 🤯
That kind of loyalty doesn’t happen by accident.
When you book with me, you’re not just coming in for a massage. Coming to my suite is an entire experience. From the moment you walk in, everything is intentional — the atmosphere, the little extras, the attention to detail, and most importantly, a massage that is customized specifically for YOU.
I specialize in deep tissue and prenatal massage, but I don’t believe in a cookie-cutter routine. I listen to what your body needs and integrate different techniques to give you the best session I can.
I’m still building my clientele here in Pensacola, but one thing hasn’t changed:
The experience and quality I bring to the table.
✨ So… what makes my massages different?
One of the biggest things is that I provide an integrated massage.
That means I don’t believe every body needs the exact same technique—or that your massage should come straight from a cookie-cutter routine.
With 15+ years of hands-on experience, I’ve learned a lot of different techniques, and I integrate them throughout your session based on what YOUR body needs that day. Deep tissue, therapeutic work, stretching, relaxation techniques, focused attention to problem areas… it all comes together into one customized massage.
You might book with me because your neck is killing you, but once I start working, I may notice that your shoulders, upper back, or another area is contributing to the problem. That’s where experience matters. 🙌
I’m not just going through the motions.
I’m paying attention. I’m feeling what your muscles are telling me. And I’m adjusting as I go.
No two bodies are the same, so no two massages should be exactly the same either.
That’s the Good Karma Studio difference. 💆♀️✨

💆♀️ CAN WE TALK ABOUT MASSAGE TIME FOR A SECOND?
Somehow in the massage world, a 60-minute massage became 50 minutes. 🤔😂
Not over here.
At Good Karma Studio, if you book:
✨ 60 minutes — you get 60 minutes of massage
✨ 90 minutes — you get 90 minutes of massage
✨ 2 hours — yep, you get the FULL 2 HOURS
Getting undressed? Not part of your massage time.
Getting dressed afterward? Not part of your massage time.
Checking out? Nope.
Us chatting because, well… I’m chatty? (Not during your session tho)😂 Still not part of it.
I purposely leave enough time between my clients because I don’t like rushing people — and I don’t like being rushed either.
When you get on my table, your massage time starts.
If you paid for an hour, I’m putting my hands on you for an hour. PERIOD. 👏
No 50-minute “hour.”
No shaving 5–10 minutes off your session.
No rushing you out the door because someone else is waiting.
You booked the time.
You paid for the time.
YOU GET THE TIME. 💆♀️🙌
Just another reason things are a little different with me.
The experience starts before you ever get on my table. 🤍
Fresh linens. A clean, comfortable space. Every detail prepared with intention.
Making my table may look like a simple part of my day, but to me, it’s part of taking care of you. I want every client who walks into Good Karma Studio to feel comfortable, cared for, and able to completely relax.
I’ve always believed it’s the little things that make a BIG difference—and around here, the little things are never overlooked. ✨
Come experience the difference.

Did You Know? Hair Pulling & Scalp Massage Can Calm Your Nervous System
Gentle hair pulling (also called hair traction) and scalp massage can do much more than feel relaxing—they may help calm your nervous system.
The scalp is rich in sensory nerve endings. Gentle, controlled traction on small sections of hair, combined with slow scalp massage, sends calming sensory input to the brain. This can help shift the body from the “fight-or-flight” (sympathetic) state toward the “rest-and-digest” (parasympathetic) state.
Potential benefits include:
* Promoting deep relaxation
* Reducing stress and tension
* Easing headaches caused by tight scalp muscles
* Increasing blood flow to the scalp
* Helping decrease jaw, neck, and shoulder tension
* Creating a soothing sensation that may improve overall well-being
Many clients don’t realize how much tension they carry in their scalp until it’s released. That’s why a few minutes of focused scalp work can leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more refreshed from head to toe.
As a massage therapist, long nails and massage don’t mix—and it’s about much more than appearance.
Here are the biggest reasons:
* Client comfort: Even slightly long nails can scratch, poke, or pinch the skin during techniques like deep tissue, trigger point work, or myofascial release. Clients often notice it immediately.
* Safety: Long nails increase the chance of accidentally breaking the skin, especially on clients with thin, fragile skin, older adults, or those taking blood thinners.
* Better body mechanics: Keeping your nails short allows you to use your fingertips, finger pads, knuckles, and forearms correctly. Long nails can force you to change your hand position, leading to poor technique and hand fatigue.
* Hygiene: Dirt, oil, lotion, bacteria, and dead skin cells can collect under long nails, making them harder to clean thoroughly between clients.
* Professionalism: Well-trimmed nails show clients you prioritize their comfort and safety. Many clients specifically appreciate therapists whose hands feel smooth and clean.
* Reduced risk of nail damage: Deep tissue work puts significant pressure on your fingers. Long nails are much more likely to crack, split, or tear during a session—and that can be painful.
Pregnancy is beautiful… but let’s be honest, it can also be uncomfortable! 🤰💕
As your body changes, it’s common to experience back pain, hip pain, sciatica, swollen feet, neck and shoulder tension, and trouble sleeping.
Prenatal massage can help:
✔️ Reduce back, hip, and pelvic discomfort
✔️ Relieve muscle tension and aches
✔️ Improve circulation
✔️ Decrease swelling in the hands and feet
✔️ Promote relaxation and reduce stress
✔️ Improve sleep quality
✔️ Help you feel more comfortable throughout your pregnancy
One of my favorite features in my studio is my prenatal massage table with a belly opening. Many expecting moms love being able to comfortably lie face down and take pressure off their back for a while. It’s a unique experience that allows for relaxation while still prioritizing comfort and safety.
Pregnancy is hard work. Take some time to care for yourself, too. ❤️
Everyone is welcome in my massage studio regardless of age, gender, race, background, body type, or lifestyle. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, judgment-free space where people can relax, heal, and feel their best.
HOWEVER, there is one exception:👉 anyone seeking anything other than professional massage therapy.
I take great pride in my work, my reputation, and the safe environment I’ve created for my clients. If you’re looking for legitimate therapeutic massage, pain relief, relaxation, or self-care, you’re in the right place. If you’re looking for anything inappropriate, please keep scrolling.
My studio is a place of healing, professionalism, and respect—and that’s exactly how it will remain.
A good deep tissue massage works into tight muscles and stubborn knots while allowing your body to relax and release tension. You may feel some discomfort in problem areas, but you should still be able to breathe normally, relax, and communicate with your therapist.
Pain that makes you hold your breath, tense up, pull away, or feel like you’re being tortured is NOT the goal.
Deep tissue isn’t about how much pain you can tolerate—it’s about getting results.
I always adjust pressure to what your body needs because the best massage is one that helps your muscles release, not one that leaves you bruised and dreading your next appointment.
Remember: “Hurts good” = productive. “Hurts bad” = too much.
Just another reason my clients keep coming back! ✨ I don’t just provide an amazing massage—I create an experience. From warm towels and thoughtful touches to personalized care, you’ll feel spoiled from start to finish. Come see why so many clients say it’s one of the best massages they’ve ever had.
