Hey, y’all. Session prices will change on 9/13. Signs are posted in the office, and I’ll be sending out an email to current clients sometime in the next few days. Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions. Enjoy the rest of your summer! See you soon. 😉

It’s my 40th birthday today!!! It’s also the 18th anniversary of me passing the National
Board exam to become a massage therapist!!! I cannot believe that it’s been 18 years. I still have clients who have seen me for 10-15 years. I’ve had the pleasure of working with generations of families. I’ve been honored to sit with you through all your life transitions(just like many of you have been around for some of mine). I’ve worked and studied with some of the best practitioners I’ve ever met. I am soooooo lucky. Thank you for an amazing 18 years. I look forward to continuing this gig for a very long time.

Summer check-in!!!

Hey, y’all. I realize it’s been a minute since I’ve posted here. School is out, things are chill, and I’m finally getting around to posting after a few months. Not a lot of change around here. I’m still practicing at our same location at Inner Workings Collective, still keeping the same schedule, still doing a full 30 hours of bodywork every week, and still taking classes and studying outside of the treatment room. I’m slacking on content creation, but that’s because I’d prefer most of my full time work load to involve working on you(and probably folding laundry 🤣). Most of my posts are likely to be related to specials, openings, and the random article/thought that might peak your interests while I’m already scrolling. I’m still around, and you can still catch me at the same number as always. Have a great summer, and I’ll see you soon. 👊

Had a few spots open up this week just for you:

Thursday 2/5 8(60min) or 12:45(90)
Friday 2/6 9:45(90), 1(60)

Call or message me at 850-292-1242. See you soon! 👊

Taking this week off from doing massage, but still reading about massage while enjoying my typical stack of Chrismtas books. This was first on my list and so good I read it in one day. Ian nails every topic in this book. It’s every piece of quality advice you’d want from a seasoned therapist, and I wish we could have had someone tell us all this when we were (much) younger. Highly recommended to all of my bodyworker friends. Standing ovation. 10/10. 🙌
