A Pensacola native who returned home after traveling, Kathryn’s own journey through trauma healing inspired her passion for massage and holistic wellness. Today, she brings that personal connection to her work, helping others find space to soften, settle, and feel cared for.

As Lovelock Healing Arts enters its next chapter in our new location, we’re opening the door for one confident, entrepreneurial Licensed Massage Therapist who wants more than a typical massage job.

This is an independent-contractor opportunity built around freedom, flexibility, and ownership. Think of it as building your own practice within our walls—surrounded by an established local brand, a collaborative team, and genuine support as you grow a loyal book of clients.

You’ll also work alongside five of Pensacola’s most highly skilled massage therapists, whose experience spans a wide range of modalities. You’ll have access to the collective knowledge of the team, opportunities for hands-on training, and an environment where everyone can continue sharpening their craft.

We’re looking for someone who:

✨ Builds real relationships with their clients
✨ Takes initiative and confidently promotes their work
✨ Values independence, professionalism, and exceptional care
✨ Wants to contribute to a team while growing something of their own
✨ Is excited to help shape the next chapter of Lovelock

Compensation begins at 50% of net profits, with room to grow. Tips belong entirely to you, and payments are issued weekly by direct deposit.
