If you’re new here, hi. 👋
I’m Ally.
For years I thought all the different chapters of my life were just that… different chapters.
Advertising.
Moving to Portugal.
Motherhood.
Wellness.
Content creation.
Building businesses.
They all felt unrelated.
It took me a long time to realize they weren’t random at all.
They were preparing me for the life I have now.
And that’s become the biggest lesson I want to pass on.
So many women tell me, “I don’t really have anything to offer.”
Meanwhile they’ve spent decades building careers, solving problems, raising families, surviving hard seasons, learning new skills, and collecting experiences that someone else would gladly learn from.
Sometimes all that’s missing is learning how to connect the dots.
That’s what this page is about.
Not becoming someone new.
Becoming someone who finally sees the value in everything she’s already built.
If you’ve ever caught yourself wondering, “What could I build with everything I already know?”…
You’re in the right place.
Follow along, and let’s figure it out together. ❤️

A year and a half ago, I never would’ve posted a photo like this for the world to see.
Not only because I didn’t like the way I looked.
But because I didn’t like the way, I felt.
Somewhere along the way, I stopped making decisions based on what I thought I was supposed to look like…
And started making them based on the life I wanted to live.
I want to be the first one on the dance floor at my daughter’s wedding.
I want to teach my grandkids how to do cartwheels.
And I refuse to be seen pushing one of those grandma grocery trolleys. 😂
This isn’t a countdown to 45.
It’s a commitment to becoming the woman my future self will thank me for.
One workout.
One healthy choice.
One day at a time.
Follow along and let’s see what’s possible by 45. 🤍
The uncomfortable truth?
Most people don’t fail because they picked the wrong opportunity.
They fail because they quit before they got good.
We expect to be confident before we’ve earned confidence.
We expect results before we’ve built the skills.
We expect success without surviving the part where we absolutely suck.
That’s true in business.
It’s true in content creation.
It’s true in the gym.
It’s true in relationships.
The people you admire aren’t always the most talented.
They’re usually just the ones who stuck around long enough to become really good.
So here’s the real question…
How long are you willing to be bad at something before you become good at it? 👇
