What are you needing to take a first step towards today? Is it applying to a new job? Is it starting a new fitness routine? Is it losing weight? Is it forgiving someone? Whatever it is, if you don’t take action, nothing changes. If you face your fears they become smaller and a lot less scary. Just take the first step, and watch your motivation begin to increase with each day.
