This is more than a weekly beauty conversation. It’s a space for us to learn, grow, heal, and become more intentional about the way we care for ourselves inside and out.

Every week, I’ll be listening to you. Your questions, your experiences, and the things you’re navigating in your current season of life will help shape our Monday conversations.

The questions and topics that come up most will become what we talk about the following Monday.

Some weeks we may talk about beauty, skin, hair, or self-care. Other weeks, we may talk about books, personal growth, life changes, confidence, healing from the past, self-love, or simply learning how to become a better version of ourselves.

Because beauty isn’t only about what we see in the mirror. It’s also about how we feel, how we speak to ourselves, what we allow into our lives, what we choose to let go of, and how we continue growing through every season.

My hope is that Monday Talk with Nathalie becomes a little place you look forward to each week a place where we can have meaningful conversations, share what we’ve learned, ask questions, and remind one another that self-improvement is a journey, not a destination.

I hope you all had a beautiful 2025.

I haven’t been posting much lately not because I haven’t been busy, but because I’ve been very busy. Between returning clients, new clients, and those I’ve worked with for over 20 years, my focus has been where it’s always been. I’m old school my business has always been built on word of mouth, and I’m grateful for that.

In 2026, what expands is me sharing the wisdom, experience, and lessons I’ve gained over the years especially as I complete my certification in coaching and leadership. This is a side of me I’ve lived for a long time, and now I’m ready to share it.

✨ Here’s to stepping fully into who we are, owning our purpose, and showing up unapologetically. Let’s make 2026 our year. 💫
