Zone 7a. My daughter's VERY first planting season & she knocked it out the park without pesticides, an awesome chemical-free natural manure that I will definitely be using next season IF I can't find it. She even made her own teabags from the mind she grew!! Look at my granddaughter eating the cantaloupe her mommy grew 😋 ❤️ 😍

Zone 7a-7b. Well, I'm definitely saddened that the in-ground gardening season is now officially over for my zone. Dug up several items to save them from the temperature drops we had....now hardening them off in the greenhouse & will over-winter them inside the house near the windows with plant stands & good natural light. We'll see what survives through the Spring. Will try to start from seeds inside very early next season.

Did You Survive The NorEaster OK?

Zone 7a-7b. Crazy wind & cold but all ia still secure 🙏. The tiny melons are inside little chiffon bags for safety/bugs. I could not film the side from outside. I re-secured that one raspberry bushes while skillfully holding the umbrella🌂😆-glad I bought new taller garden rainboots. We'll see what the rest of the day brings.
