I take exact cranial measurements and physically alter the foundation of the cap to mirror the unique shape of your head. By removing excess bulk at the crown and nape, the unit sits flush against your skin with natural tension—meaning it stays in place on its own without sliding.
Strategic Sewn Anchor Points & Contour Bands: When security is needed, I create low-tension anchor points and incorporate custom elasticized contour bands that hug the base of your skull. This locks the piece down firmly without pulling on fragile follicles or edges.
Scalp Accessibility for Daily Care: Because your unit isn't cemented to your skin, you maintain complete access to your scalp. You can cleanse, moisturize, and apply your growth serums or medicated treatments directly to your skin whenever you need to.
Perimeter & Edge Protection: The repetitive cycle of applying and breaking down heavy liquid glue strips the delicate skin around your hairline and can cause contact dermatitis or worsen hair loss. My glueless techniques keep your hairline and existing hair completely protected.
Targeted Micro-Security (Only If Necessary): If a specific style or high-activity day requires an extra touch of hold, I use a tiny spot of breathable support only where essential, never painting adhesive across your entire scalp.
