attention clients: I love what I do and I love being able to serve all of you to the best of my ability with professional professionalism, and working around traditional hours to be accommodating to everyone’s schedules. That being said there has been a sharp uptick in last-minute cancellations, showing up well past a reasonable time to be late, and unfortunately, an uptake in no-shows in the last year or so. I understand that the world is more stressful now in than in the last few years, but it’s important to remember that each other’s time is valuable.

That being said I’m putting in some new policies in place that will allow me to continue to give the best service and continue in this industry to serve you. starting October 1st I will now be taking cards on file for services and if there’s any of the following, I will be doing an automatic charge to that card. This is a standard practice, taking place in many other salons and types of industry. from now on for any cancellations made without 48 hours in advance there will be a $10 charge for cuts and a $35 charge for any color. any last-minute or same-day cancellations that is raised to $25 for cut and $50 for any color service. .
if an appointment is missed as a no-show with especially no call or text there will be a $100 reinstatement fee to get another appointment made, and a second no-show will result in no longer being able to get rebooked. showing up more than 30 minutes late will be counted as a cancellation. and maybe asked to reschedule based on time availability. These policies are non reciprocable however if i have to cancel an appointment for any reason i will give an account credit or $10 for cuts and $25 for color services as i also try my best to respect your time as well.

To those of you that have supported me and have been respectful of my time i appreciate you more than you know and with this policy in place i will be better able to serve you going forward. Thank you.

Color corrections…. One of the reasons stylists leave the industry. When it’s supposed to go one direction ⬅️and midway goes completely another ➡️ it’s always a challenge but one of the things I love to do most and used to teach because nothing is more rewarding. (Other than extension work). One session done, 6 levels lighter now let’s see where we can go from here 💗

Update: Saturday is filled for my training slots but I would like to add one more for tomorrow (friday) early evening. If no polish needed: $30.

50% more base volume from 1… ONE!…single sew-in row. I work with clients to find the best quality hair in their budget. Wear time 6-8 weeks average before touch ups. Also worth noting I have had a disturbing number of clients come to me with terrible installation that slips within days from unlicensed and especially uninsured stylists in the valley that focus on the quickest installation not necessarily the best ways. I am delighted when new clients ask for recommendations from my other extension clients as I’m proud of my work and if someone else refuses or cannot give them that is a warning. Any colorist knows the absolute hardest color to recreate is a natural/lived in real-world red/copper. When clients go grey and want their natural color back it is an extreme challenge to recreate. I took on the challenge and it is one of the most rewarding things I’ve been able to achieve in my career. 😌
