So you need fitness motivation to start your Winter Arc October 1st??? Read below ⬇️ 💪🔥👏🏼

The first 50–60 workouts might feel like nothing is happening. You might lose 10 pounds and still fit into the same jeans.

But bestie, KEEP GOING!!!

Because just a few months down the road, those same jeans finally get loose. Then suddenly you’re between sizes and nothing fits because the large is too big, but the medium still isn’t quite right.
I’ve lost 60 pounds, but this has been years of showing up for myself.

There was a point where I even hated filming in stores. I would tell whoever was filming me to shoot me from the chest up because I felt so insecure in my own skin. I would spend hours filming one video because I was so uncomfortable seeing myself on camera.
Now I get comments like, “What chapter did I miss?”

You didn’t miss anything.

You just didn’t see the early mornings. The cold mornings when nobody was clapping for me. The car rotting for over an hour in front of the gym. You didn’t see workout 17, 64 or workout 305. You didn’t notice when I lost my first 20 pounds.
We live in a world where everything is instant. Everything is a swipe, an order, a delivery or a pickup away.

Our bodies don’t work like that.

You have to keep showing up when the excitement and motivation wear off.
the gym is only part of it. I strength train 4x a week, do cardio 5x a week, hot Pilates 1–2x a week, drink only water and electrolytes, no soda, no juice, no iced coffees. I eat eggs for breakfast every day. I fast every day.
Find your why.

My why was that I was tired of hiding from cameras and trying to find angles that made me look smaller.

If you’re starting Winter Arc October 1st, go into these 90 days with the mindset of becoming someone who keeps promises to herself.

Because those 90 days add up.

Then another 90.

Then another.
