The Anatomy Apothecary

So… what exactly is a Biomat? 🌿

If you’ve had a massage with me, you’ve probably noticed that warm little slice of heaven underneath you. That’s my Biomat.

It combines far-infrared heat with amethyst to create deep, soothing warmth while you’re on the table. Heat can help increase local circulation, ease muscle stiffness and discomfort, and—most importantly—help your body RELAX.

And that matters.

When your nervous system settles and your muscles stop guarding, I can work with your body instead of fighting against it. 🙌

I use the Biomat alongside therapeutic massage to help you relax deeper, move better, and leave feeling genuinely restored.

And because I believe the little things make a BIG difference in your session…

The Biomat is always included. No add-on. No extra charge. 💚

Massage isn’t a luxury. It’s maintenance.

Does anyone else have a beverage issue at work? If you hear my say I’m thirsty, I’m probably lying. Yummy coffee by The Charlotte Bean Coffee Co. if you haven’t tried them!

This was a pretty cool surprise. 💚

Awards aren’t something I strive for, but helping more people and growing my little business always is.

Thank you to every client who’s trusted me, referred someone, or left a Google review. Because of you, The Anatomy Apothecary was recognized as a Top 3 Massage & Skincare Business in Palm Harbor.

I’m incredibly grateful for every one of you. 🫶

My goal has never been to give “just a massage.” It’s to understand what’s causing your pain, create a plan, and help you move and feel better.

Thank you, Amy, for trusting me with your care and for taking the time to share your experience. I’m so grateful to be part of your healing journey.

If you’ve been living with pain and are ready for a different approach, I’d love to help. Book your session through the link in my bio.

Your body is talking to you…have you been listening?

One of my amazing clients created this charcuterie board inspired by my business card, and I’m still smiling. 💚

This was so much more than a beautiful gift—it was a reminder that healing is built on connection, kindness, and community.

I’m so grateful for the incredible people who trust me with their care and continually remind me why I love what I do.

Why is massage so expensive?”

Because what you’re paying for isn’t just time on the table.

It’s years of studying how the body moves, compensates, and holds onto stress.
It’s knowing where pain is coming from—not just where it shows up.
And it’s having the skill to respond to that in real time.

Massage, when done right, isn’t random.
It’s intentional. It’s specific. It’s informed.

That’s the difference.
