Part-Time Seasonal Scalp Spa Therapist
Tranquil Sands Scalp Spa in Palm Desert is looking for a caring, detail-oriented licensed cosmetologist to join our team this season.
We’re specifically looking for Sunday and Monday availability, with opportunities to pick up additional hours.
Our spa offers a slow, intentional approach to scalp care, creating a calming experience where clients can relax and feel cared for.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Holds a current California cosmetology license
• Is available Sundays and Mondays
• Is reliable, warm, and attentive to detail
• Enjoys scalp care, massage, and creating a peaceful client experience
• Is comfortable working as part of a team

We’ll ask what changes you’ve noticed, when they began, how your scalp feels, and what your current hair-care routine looks like. Then we’ll share what we can observe and discuss care options within our scope.
What we can’t do is diagnose a scalp condition, prescribe medical treatment, or promise hair regrowth. If something needs medical attention, we’ll encourage you to speak with a dermatologist.
The goal is to help you understand your scalp and know what to do next. 🤍
