Marie is a wellness practitioner who helps people slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with themselves. She is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) and leads meditation, gentle guided breathing and immersive sound sessions in warm, welcoming spaces where you're invited to simply be present.

Closed to the public at this hour: an after-hours session, limited to 8 people.

• sessions involve lying down on a mat or sitting
• sound levels can be loud and earplugs are available on request;
• guided breathing involves sustained, controlled breathing;
• please consult your physician first if you are or may be pregnant, have a cardiovascular condition, a seizure disorder, asthma or another respiratory condition, glaucoma, a recent surgery, or a pacemaker or other implanted device;
• not recommended if you have tinnitus or significant hearing sensitivity;
