LA Tan is looking for bright and energetic individuals with a customer service background to join our sales associate team!
Must be able to work independently, be sales focused & have exceptional customer service skills.
Tanning Consultant Responsibilities:
*Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
*Offer consulting on tanning products and packages
*Ensures customers are educated on the *Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met
*Maintains a clean and organized salon
*Cash handling, opening/closing business
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
*Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
Job Type: Full & Part-time work with flexible hours available.
Pay: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour with Bonuses!
Applicants with a strong commitment to excellence, desire to learn and superior client service skills should only apply. Responsibilities focus heavily on serving clients, sales and operating a clean, well-maintained, efficient salon. L.A. Tan offers competitive wages, bonus potential, and opportunity for advancement.
