A little bit of a walk through of my clients hair journey and reinstalling her extensions. Usually I switch out the hair every 9-12 months and so rather than having her buy new hair each lightening session, the genius wefts allow me the flexibility of changing her look while still matching perfectly.

If your hairstylist doesn’t text back, it’s not personal. Sometimes we literally just black out 🤣

Part of being a hairstylist/salon owner is that we sometimes have 20 different thoughts going on in our heads all at once. So when we get home, that’s our time to unwind and shut our brain off before starting again the next day. So don’t take it personal if the response isn’t instant or if we forget. If it’s been 24 hours with no response, text again!

This is why I emphasize pre-booking your appointments when you’re already at the salon or using the booking link in my bio to book an appointment or add yourself to the waitlist. Holiday season is coming soon so now’s the time to book. 🎃🦃🎄
