I think it’s time for a little friendly reminder of my policies.

First and foremost, I want you to know how genuinely grateful I am for every single client who has supported me and The Wax Lounge since opening. Your continued support, referrals, kind words, and loyalty mean more to me than I could ever put into words.

That being said, I have to be honest—I’ve shown an immense amount of grace when it comes to my policies, and at times, that grace has come at the expense of my own time, my business, and my other clients.

My books have been filling incredibly quickly, and appointments are becoming more limited. Because of that, I have to be intentional about protecting my time and, just as importantly, respecting the time of every client who has booked with me.

I completely understand that life happens. Once in a blue moon, things come up, and I will always do my best to lead with understanding and compassion. However, repeated late arrivals, last-minute cancellations, no-shows, and failure to follow booking requirements affect more than just one appointment—they take an appointment away from someone else who could have used that time.

So moving forward, my policies will be firmly enforced. Not because I don’t understand, and certainly not because I don’t appreciate you, but because I have to respect myself, my business, and ALL of my clients.

Your time matters to me, and I ask that you extend that same respect to mine. 🤍
