🤍 A little unexpected life update…

As some of you may know, I have just found out that the salon I’ve called home is closing, and I have to be out by October 29th. This has all happened very suddenly, and to say it’s been overwhelming would be an understatement.

With that being said, Lacie’s Luxuries is NOT shutting down! This is not a decision I made, and I am not stepping away from my business or the career I’ve worked so hard to build. I’m currently working on finding a new location, and I’m hopeful that this unexpected change will lead to something even better. Sometimes the things we don’t plan for end up opening doors we never knew were there. 🤍

✨ Here’s what you need to know:
• I will continue operating as normal through October 29th unless I announce otherwise.
• If you already have an appointment scheduled after October 29th, you are STILL on my books! I will personally reach out as soon as I have my new location and plans figured out.
• I will keep everyone updated as I work through this transition.

This is definitely a hard and stressful season, especially knowing how much time, money, love, and hard work I’ve poured into building my clientele and business. But I also believe that sometimes unexpected endings make room for new beginnings, and I’m choosing to have faith that something good is on the other side of this.

To all of my clients who have supported me, trusted me, and helped me grow over the years, THANK YOU. You are the reason I get to do what I love, and I’m so grateful for every single one of you. My business is bigger than one location, and I’m not giving up on something I’ve worked so hard for. 🩷

This is not the end of Lacie’s Luxuries. It’s just a new chapter, and I can’t wait to see where it takes us. ✨

One year at The Cove ✨

This past year marks a major milestone in my journey stepping out on my own and building my business independently. What once felt like a risk quickly became one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve made.

Throughout this year, I’ve had the opportunity to grow my clientele, strengthen my skills, and connect with so many incredible people. None of this would be possible without my clients their trust, loyalty, and continued support are the foundation of everything I do.

I’m also so grateful to be surrounded by such supportive coworkers. Thank you all for being a part of my first year,I’m so excited to see what’s ahead.

To protect my time and the appointments I reserve for each client, I have updated my booking policy due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows.

💳 Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposits are applied toward your total service cost.

Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations, reschedules outside of notice, or no-shows.

📅 Cancellation Policy

I require 24–48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes.
Cancellations within less than 24–48 hours will result in loss of deposit.

No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

Arriving 15 minutes late may result in cancellation.

A card on file is required for all clients to secure appointments.
Cards will only be charged according to the cancellation/no-show policy.
