Well, now I’m crying. 😭

The last few weeks, really the last month or two, have been hard. Really hard. I’ve needed a little more taking care of than I normally do. A few days ago I realized how many women have been loving on me lately. 🥺

Some of these women have been part of my life for years, and some I’ve only recently found. But every single one of them has given me something I needed at exactly the right time, and it MATTERS. Not just to me, but to our community. To the woman who needed some extra care that day. To the person carrying something heavy that nobody else knows about. To all of us just trying to make it through the ups and downs and hard things that come with being human.

As a woman who has built a business around taking care of other women, I know how much of yourself you pour into creating a place where someone can walk in, put down whatever it is they’re carrying, and just be taken care of for a little while. Recently, I’ve been the client who needed those places.

There is something beautiful about women building businesses, chasing their own dreams, raising their families, carrying their own hard things, and somehow still making room to care for the people around them in the process. So, these are my flowers for a few of the people who have done that for me lately. 💐 I hope you know that what you do reaches so much further than the services you provide.

Thank you for taking care of me. Thank you for creating the places that feel safe. And thank you for doing the same for so many others in our little corner of the world.

Mindset + Momentum Retreat 2026 in the books! ✨

Stepping away from the noise, slowing down, dreaming a little bigger, and spending time with women who just get it was exactly what my heart needed.

Being surrounded by women who are building businesses, raising families, chasing ideas, navigating hard seasons, celebrating big wins, and still choosing to keep moving forward is so very special to me and close to my heart. I enjoyed every single second of it.

I’d like to give a HUGE thank you to Lauren Miles for bringing such a beautiful community of women together from all over the Southeast and creating a space where genuine connections and friendships can grow. 🤎

And I’m especially grateful for my best girls who came along with me. We were able to grow our friendships, grow our businesses, expand our minds, dream bigger, and experience all of this together.

We talked. We laughed. We learned. We rested. We made plans. We changed some plans. 😂 And we found clarity not only professionally, but in our personal growth, relationships, and how to move forward with intention.

This retreat was slowing down long enough to reconnect, get inspired, and remember why you started in the first place. I was reminded that it’s not always about moving faster and pushing harder. These before and afters are six months apart. When she came to me, she had been receiving aggressive chemical peels without recommended after care, but after a thorough consultation, I taught my client that her skin was asking for something else entirely.
